The building's recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7th, 2025, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***
THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2
As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive to your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with Keurig coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180°F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
