The space
Two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the penthouse. Private with en suite bathrooms as well as enclosed lanais with ocean, harbor and mountain views.
Guest access
The whole penthouse is yours to enjoy, of course. In fact there is only one penthouse neighbor on the entire floor so the floor itself is also super private. Private trash chute and top notch security. Amazon or parcels left at the door.
Floor 14 has all of the building amenities: saltwater infinity pool, hot tub, sunset lanai, gas grills, outdoor dining, movie room, guest library, teleconference room and gym.
Other things to note
Ample public and guest paid parking. One dedicated stall which also includes a 2023 Tesla Model X, if you choose to include it. We rent on Turo but can include it at a deep discount if its available. If you have your own vehicle, we can move the Tesla to another guest property for your convenience.
