Neptune's Nest is a cozy, darling home perfect for a family adventure in Pacific City. The main room has a fun, open layout with upgraded appliances, nice furnishings and a warm gas fireplace. There are TVs, books, movies and games for a fun night in. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished with a king sized bed downstairs. This home is an easy walk to the beach and there is a cute neighborhood playground.

Layout-Main level entry has garage, dining area, back patio, open layout kitchen and living room. Bedroom with king bed, bedroom with queen bed and a hall bath with tub. Upstairs has bedroom with double bed and twin/twin bunks and bathroom with shower.

The Four Sisters neighborhood of Pacific City is just a stones throw away from the ocean on the west side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. This area is a small (about 25 homes), newer development of homes that are have consistent architecture and were designed for family vacations at the beach. Most homes feature upgraded amenities and a river-rock fireplace.
Guests will check in at our local, convenient office in Pacific City. After hours arrivals will be accommodated.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 21 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
