Guests have full access to the B side of the house, backyard and the convenience of the B side driveway and neighborhood parking. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

The South Lamar neighborhood is highly sought after. Its location is perfect for all Austin has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker park.

HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and respectful environment during your stay, as our property is a duplex and shares a wall with neighboring residents. We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
