Positive: This place was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of space. The lanai was amazing, views of sunrise and p.o.v., with lots of couches and chairs to get comfy. Nice eating area and living room. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. Didn't know there was an elevator, so note it's a plus for luggage. 2 t.v.s, one in master and living area. Quiet complex, across the street from a beach park for sunset viewing.

Negative: There is a fan noise from the bathroom that you can hear from the bedrooms. But the push out the moisture so it's needed.
