Find yourself lost in this everlasting spacious house. Enjoying a family vacation will be no problem in this size home while you enjoy our indoor pools! If that’s not enough how about the full movie theatre or perhaps the man cave that has all kinds of games and golf!
The huge porch allows you to enjoy all of nature on our quiet peaceful 2 acres. This home is equipment with all the modern necessities and systems. Relax and enjoy the stay! With 5 bedrooms, 13 beds, 7200sqft! huge commercial style kitchen, movie theatre, indoor pool, second house with many games, 2 fenced in acres, there’s is nothing more you could need for a weekend getaway and we’re happy to offer it to our guests. If anyone needs help with spa controls it is a smart system with touch screen controls. Please don’t try changing settings by yourself and reach out for me to help you set up the pool controls. There will be a 50$ per night charge added for pool and or spa heating to be used. There is a ventilation fan on the wall with a smart switch to turn it on and off if the pool room gets too humid
Theres are absolutley no parties or events allowed on this property. Most cases will require damage deposit holds. There is absolutely no parking allowed in the street or our neighbors yards. It will not be accepted and if caught you will not receive deposit back. There is no loud music outside after quiet hours. 9pm m-t and 11pm fri-sat. If you’re having fun and playing music please keep the noise inside our home past these hours. We care about our neighbors and want to keep a safe and clean environment. There is plenty of parking in our own driveways on both sides of property. We want to have a clear understanding for our guests. There is no parties allowed on this property. In the event the cops are called you will be charged accordingly and most cases asked to leave the property for breaking the rules. If you have more guests than what your booking is made for you will be charged an additional 120$ per guest per night. The minimum charge for having an un-approved event will be $2000. In the event you are charged a damage deposit hold and any rules are broken you will not be receiving it back. We care about the neighbors and can not have huge parties with loud music and parking all over. We have plenty of driveway for parking up to around 10-12 vehicles.
