This interior designed 2br/1.5ba cozy townhouse is fully-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable & memorable stay.

Sleep tight, sleep right! Sleeps up to 4 comfortably and can fit 6 if requested.

Furnishings:

- Master Bedroom – 1 MEMORY FOAM KING bed.

- 2nd Bedroom - 1 MEMORY FOAM Queen bed.

- Living Room – Comfortable couch, can pull out.

There are more than enough freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and pillows for all these beds. All sleeping spaces are extremely comfortable!

- The newly remodeled townhouse is very well maintained and clean. Comes with wooden floors!

- Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.

-The kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 4.

- Bathroom: Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

- Tons of closet space and shelf space with each bedroom.

- Energy efficient AC.

- High speed WiFi:

- TV: Feel free to use RoKu, Hulu and Netflix to stream movies and your favorite TV shows during your down time.

- Washer and Dryer available. Tide pods provided for on-site laundry.

- Iron and ironing board.

-Lots of street parking. Very easy to find parking spots. Close proximity to scooters as well.

-Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost, we will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

The entire place is yours - Washer/Dryer are also inside the unit. Everything is here for you. We always leave a welcome basket of something and whatever is in the fridge or pantry is yours.

We provide all linens, toiletries, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Just like a 4 star hotel but way better.

Our home is great place for small groups who want to be in the middle of everything. It is a vibrant neighborhood and there is plenty of activity in the area. We are in a small condo community and is completely private and secluded -- just keep in mind that sound carries, you are outdoors even though it might not feel like it -- and we promise our neighbors things will be quiet after 10.

Located in the artistic East Downtown, with its murals, live music, hole-in-the-wall bars, and casual dives. This house is less than a mile away from some of Austin's best restaurants & craft cocktail bars - Franklin Barbecue, Kuneho, East Side Kings, Hillside Farmacy, Takoba, Whisler's, Ah Sing Den, and many more.

Enjoy a delectable meal from Justine’s, an artistic dining room with gourmet chefs and a light-strung patio. Bufalina perfects Neapolitan pizza for brunch, lunch and dinner. Formerly known as the East Side Showroom, Ah Sing Den transformed the notorious venue into an Asian-inspired bar with hot and cold dishes, cocktails and sake.
