The door in the hallway between the bathroom and laundry room.
The garden (right side of the bnb).

No parties. (Gatherings are allowed but it’s important to be mindful of the neighbors and the property.)
Do not eat or drink on the beds unless done carefully.
No smoking of any kind!!! (Smoking outside at least 10ft away from the premises is permitted)
No cooking seafood inside (due to odors).
No weapons.
No pets allowed.
Any messes considered permanent (stained floors or walls, abused couch or bed, etc) that weren’t there before check in will be considered a breach of the House Rules.
Check-Out Instructions
Remove all trash and place it in the bins in front of the building.
Start a load of towels or sheets (or both).
Be sure to turn off ALL electronics and appliances (T.V, A.C, Lights, etc.).
