Summary: We stayed two nights here. Location is good if you like a good walk along the sea front as you're out at the very end of the promenade at the opposite end from the pier and most of the amenities of Llandudno. The pier itself is about a 20-25 minutes walk from the property, but in the glorious weather we had during our stay it didn't feel that far. The property itself is an old Victorian style building which has been well maintained. The foyer and dining area were clean and tidy. Likewise our room of the first floor was nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities provided in the room and a complementary bottle if water on arrival. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. We had a sea view room too which had incredible views along the sea front. Parking is at a premium in the area as the council have removed the free parking that used to be at that end if the promenade. We noticed some vehicles had been provided with hotel guest parking passes from some of the other hotels in the same strip, but we weren't offered this on arrival. We dropped the luggage at the hotel and I parked the car about half a mile along the road whee there was free on street parking. The only bad experience we had with the hotel was at breakfast. I'd contacted the hotel in advance to ask about gluten free bread for my wife and I was told this wouldn't be a problem, however on the first morning we had no GF bread and we're told they'd sort it for the next day. It wasn't.
