Welcome to our Airbnb! The apartment includes one bedroom and bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room which are separated by a large kitchen island. Adjacent to the living room is your own private balcony space that looks out over the city centre and towards Kelham Island. Free same-level garage parking is also included.
The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with a large window with views across the city.
To honour Sheffield’s rich industrial heritage, some of the furniture has been hand-crafted using repurposed materials including scaffolding boards and red bricks which we sourced locally.
Black-out curtains have been fitted throughout the property. Complimentary ear plugs and eye masks are also included.
The living room includes a large double-sofa bed. Spare bedding for both beds is included. Let us know if you would like us to set-up the sofa bed before your arrival. The balcony is accessed through the living room and gets amazing morning and evening sun. If you are lucky enough to visit Sheffield on a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot for you morning coffee or a sunset dinner.

The property is situated in the heart of Sheffield’s city centre You can easily reach anywhere within the city centre by walking in 15 minutes or less. The apartment is only a ten minute walk to the University of Sheffield campus and a 10 minute walk to West St, if you fancy a night out on the town! The property is also only a ten minute walk to Kelham Island, once the industrial hub of Sheffield, it now boasts trendy bars, independent shops, and acclaimed restaurants. Additionally, the property also has great access too public transport routes; the tram and bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk away.
The property also has quick access to Sheffield’s ring road so you can avoid navigating the city centre during rush hour traffic! This makes getting out of Sheffield very easy, especially to the Peak District which is only a 15 minute drive away.
