PLEASE NOTE:

- PETS: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We charge a pet rent for each pet, per night and your pet fee will automatically calculate on your booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1,000 fine per pet. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service. If you would like regular housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange that for you at an additional charge after booking.

- We can provide you up to 3 full-sized cribs with mattress pads and crib sheets set up for your arrival for a rate of $100 per crib for your stay.

- This home cannot accept package shipments without a representative from our company present. It will cost $120 per visit to retrieve packages for you.

- The piano is locked and not able to be used.

- Note that the rental rate is based upon occupancy. Your price may change if you add/remove guests from your reservation.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
