Summary: Not able to check in early. Not able to check in on time. Check in one and a half hours late due to room not being ready. Front desk staff showed no sense of urgency. Samuel in parking and Adios at marketing were awesome, friendly and helpful. Asked for do not disturb sign that never showed up. Safe was locked. Staff opened it, but it still was not in working order. Murphy bed slopes toward your head. Had to shove throw pillows underneath it. Blankets not large enough to cover two people in the bed. Deadbolt on door only works if you lift the door. Mold growing around the edges of the shower. Other room, mini fridge was iced over. We cleaned it out but it never was able to cool beverages. hairdryer broke, asked for fix or replace that neverhappened.
