In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door of the building, you are right across the road from New Islington Metrolink tram station. From here, you can take the metro straight into Manchester City Centre via Manchester Piccadilly train station. You can also take the metro directly to the Etihad Stadium and/or the new Co Op Live arena. If you prefer, you can walk to the stadium or arena in 10-15 minutes. Behind the tram stop is New Islington Marina with a lovely selection of bars and restaurants - perfect for a sunny day.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
