• Warrior's Mark neighborhood, on the south end of Breckenridge.
• There is a Free Ride bus stop just across the street. The bus that stops here continues on to downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect gondola for easy access to Peak 7 and 8.
• 3 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.
*Please note there is an ongoing road reconstruction project just to the north of the house through October, 2025. The neighborhood bus stops will be closed during this time due to the construction.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
