Positive: There’s many restaurants nearby. Free parking

Negative: First of all the check in is supposed to be available at 3 pm. At 2:30pm I had messaged the owner multiple times but we still didn’t have any instructions on how to check in and get into the garage. Finally around 3:20 we are told how to enter the garage (we needed to insert a PIN number that would call someone to open the gate). We are also told that the cleaners are running behind. We try multiple times to call at the gate after inserting the pin and no one answers. I message the owner but I don’t get an immediate reply, I call and the voicemail is on. We couldn’t stand in the way of everyone else so we park on the street for a few minutes. We finally get a message back telling us to try with a different code. After a few tries we are able to get in. We take the elevator and we get into the apartment at around 4:05 pm. A woman was inside the house cleaning and she didn’t leave until around 4:20pm (cleaning was ok, not great). When leaving she tells us that a maintenance request has been put in and that someone might enter the apartment while we are there (If you have guests on that day do not rent out the property). Thankfully no one comes because we are tired and just want to rest. The next morning at 10 sharp we were both getting ready in the restroom (check out was at 12pm) when maintenance comes in to fix the toilet. So now we are just two girls with a man in our restroom waiting for him to leave. The house itself was really nice but we didn’t really like how the whole thing was handled.
