All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

Laundry facilities, including washer and dryer, are located in the garage. Guests are responsible for bringing their own detergent and laundry supplies.

Just steps from one of the area’s best beaches, you’ll enjoy excellent surfing and the chance to spot abundant sea life around the nearby jetties. Take an easy stroll or bike ride to explore local restaurants, shops, and parks, or enjoy a game of tennis, racquetball, or basketball at one of the nearby courts. A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
