The whole family from babies, kids, teenagers, grandparents and fur babies will enjoy this sunny, spacious, special lake front home. Everyone gets views of the lake from their own private space and bathroom in this lakeannarentalproperties(.c0m) house on the private side of Lake Anna. The house is located on a large "no-wake" cove with deep water for swimming and fishing. The lack of boat waves in the cove makes for a great SUP experience! The 140 foot shoreline features a huge dock with a screened porch and the best sandy beach on the private side of Lake Anna. The sandy, gentle entry is great for toddlers and dogs. Swim out to the 18'X6' water mat or paddle up and down the cove on the provided paddle boards, canoe, kayaks or pedal boat. Or bring your own boat to cruise around the 4,000 acre lake. House is FULLY wheelchair accessible including a paved path to the dock, to the beach and to the newly added smokeless firepit. After enjoying the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower - the built-in bench is great for rinsing off kids or dogs.
Indoors, enjoy amazing views on the screened porch and throughout the house. Play a game of foosball or ping-pong or take it easy with a puzzle or board game. Kids will enjoy a closet full of toys. After a full day playing in the sun, relax in the theatre room on one of the comfy, reclining seats to watch a movie or a ball game on the 105" screen.
We are on the PRIVATE side of Lake Anna. There are no marinas on this side. This means the lake is quieter with less boat traffic. But, it also means you have to bring gas in cans down to your boat/jet ski.
