You'll be SUPER close to the lake with deeded lake access within easy walking distance for you to jump in. Interested in playing on the lake? Rent a boat or jet ski from multiple marinas nearby or bring your own boat and/or kayaks. Boat parking is allowed! Another perk of this amazing location is being only TWO houses from Sundancer Grill (lakeside dining with great food!) and the Sail and Ski Yacht Club... so many beautiful sail boats to watch! Lakeway also offers tons of other great eateries, beautiful topography, great shopping, and activities for all ages. The Lakeway City Park is a great place to take the kids or furry friends and also has a great beach entry to the lake... all while being close enough to downtown Austin to take part in festivals, concerts, nightlife, and more!
Aside from the amazing location, the 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom eclectic home offers a great place to relax on your getaway with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid mixer, cooking utensils, an air fryer(!), pots/pans, baking dishes, blender, crockpot, Brita water pitcher, and more! The primary bedroom is privately located upstairs with a king-sized bed, smart TV with FREE Netflix, wrap-around windows, an ensuite bathroom, and desk space for remote learning/ working. On the main floor, there is the second full bathroom with a large soaking tub, shower, and we supply the soap, shampoo, and conditioner! The second bedroom holds a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The third bedroom holds a twin daybed you can pull out for an additional twin-sized bed. The third bedroom can open up to the backyard, kitchen, and hallway, or you can lock it off to have more privacy. There is also a great-sized dining area and living room with a Smart TV (FREE Netflix) to wind down indoors, play a game, or watch a movie together.
