Summary: I have nothing but positive things to say for this hotel. It was spotless, from the lobby to the room and everything in between. The front staff were attentive, professional, and courteous - shout out to your agent from Memphis, TN! While the pool was cold when I visited, it didn't stop me from getting in - the pool area is really nice. Breakfast was attended to better than I've seen most restaurants... elevators quick & quiet. Rooms well stocked - and that bed... oh, how I miss that bed.
