Summary: The room was clean however, the fan motor on the air conditioning and heater was broken so it was extremely loud to the point where we couldn't even have it on. Very frustrating to come late to a hotel and not have the ability to change the room and deal with that. When things like that happen the maintenance people should handle that immediately. Then when we called to ask about a refund it was not even noted in the account. Makes me want to go back to 119 and see if they even took it seriously for the next guest.
