You will feel like you are truly in old Florida with a very modern home. The views from each of the 4 levels are beautiful, but the view from the master bedroom and the sun porch will take your breath away. The kitchen is equipped with a JennAir stove, convection oven, food processor, lots of pantry space and a gorgeous view from the screened in porch that steps off the kitchen. This home also has a high definition flat screen TV, and a surround sound system.
The first level has two bedrooms. One room has 2 twin trundle beds, TV and full bath and the other has a queen bed, full bath and TV/DVD. The master bedroom on the top level has one queen bed with a beautiful view of the water from the bed. It also has a very contemporary style garden tub located in the center of the bathroom. This is truly a one of a kind home.
