You can venture by Watercraft to Ocean City Md. to places like Assateague Island, Seacrets, MR Ducks, Fish Tails, Harbor Side and many other Restaurants. ,Having access to the Bay gives you that Additional back yard area to play and explore! Nestled in the Community of Swann Keys, there is a Community center with a pool table and outdoor activity items available to sign out. The outside array of activities offered include a Large Swimming Pool, a Splash Zone for kids, a Playground, Pickleball Court, Basketball court, horse shoe pits, Corn hole board games, plus a large pavilion for gatherings and BBQ-ING. All within Walking Distance from HOME. There is a boat ramp at the end of our lagoon, just 3 houses down, for great convenience . Note....... Although listed as a 2 B.R we have a semi private Four Season Room with a very comfortable, Double size Futon that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Home also has a Queen size sofa Bed in living room.
Bed linens, fitted sheets n cover sheets, pillow cases, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are all provided with booking...Guests are to bring their blankets, beach towels and all personals. We also provide roll of paper towel , toilet paper, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry pod and a trash bag to get you started.
