We are located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street in the heart of darling Gilbert with everything this charming town has to offer. You can easily walk to downtown or it's a short drive to sooo much fun stuff to do in Gilbert...or nearby Mesa & Chandler. Even Phoenix & Scottsdale are only a 30 minute drive away! Fantastic golf courses, MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NFL, hiking, biking, boating, and more are all easy access for you at this house.
We have a large, beautiful and private backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a firepit, bar and a built-in BBQ to entertain family and friends. Our self-cleaning pebble-tec pool (heated option available in the winter for extra charge ) will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays nice and warm here in Gilbert and hovers around 80 plus even in the Spring, making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings that Arizona provides : ) The pool is professionally maintained weekly for your comfort and convenience.
The interior of the home is fully remodeled and custom designed with brand new furniture, furnishings, beds and linens in March of 2023. We have a modern, spacious, and well-stocked kitchen and pantry, smart TV’s in every room so you can stream all your favs...Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN plus, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc. Free highspeed wifi is available to all guests.
It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible so you'll find the house loaded with extras such as a coffee station, blender, toaster, waffle maker,
hair dryer. There’s even a separate beverage/wine fridge available.
Please note that this is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood (with quiet hours of 10pm-8am) which make it perfect for family/friend gatherings but it's NOT a party house and all noise complaints will be addressed swiftly.
