This spacious Ranch-Style home is the perfect getaway for a creative retreat, a family vacation or just some good ol’ fashioned R&R! It’s the perfect escape for those wanting to be in their own world with secure privacy but who still want the convenience of a 5-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs or a quick scenic walk to The Saguaro, The Ace Hotel, and Koffi Coffee South.
The space
This incredible property has been on Airbnb through a management company for the last two years with a nearly 5-star rating. Because my partner and I have decided to run the property ourselves, we're in the process of building back up our rating and reviews!

Newly upgraded, our home has been tastefully decorated as an homage to the playful luxury of Palm Springs.
The living area has:
* Mid-century stylish decor with all new furnishings
* Two separate living rooms means there is plenty of space to spread out
* Open kitchen spilling into a breakfast nook and one of the spacious living rooms makes the house perfect for entertaining
* Fully equipped kitchen ft. a separate Viking Wine Cooler
* The main bedroom and the living room have large screen televisions, both equipped with Amazon Fire
* All three bedrooms all have direct, private access to the pool
* New appliances include washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove. Guests have access to all of these
* Linens and towels
* Central AC and Ductless ACs in every bedroom
The front yard has:
* A peaceful cactus and meditation garden
* View of the Palm Springs River
The private backyard has:
* An oversized pool and hot tub with mountain views
* Outdoor chaise lounges to sunbathe on after a dip in the pool
* Beautiful ficus trees lining the compound to feel like a lush oasis providing privacy and exclusivity
* Large lawn - great for little ones to run around on or play Corn Hole
* Outdoor BBQ area for grilling
* Outdoor table for al fresco dining

When you aren’t relaxing at home, or lounging in the pool & hot tub, the Tahquitz Creek Channel, across the street, offers a lovely trail for early morning or sunset walks.

We want you to relax and have fun but we do have neighbors, so please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level. Palm Springs Police actively patrols the neighborhood in search of noise violations, meaning the playing of music outdoors is strictly prohibited. If they issue a citation, you agree to pay that fine by making this reservation.
Palm Springs is very strict and we must reiterate - NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE
As with the large majority of short term rentals in Palm Springs, the outside area is protected by Ring Security for safety reasons. Unlike others though, there is no surveillance inside the living area or the back yard as we treat guests with the same respect we want to be given.
