This condo is located right on the beautiful Wisconsin River and the Cold Water Canyon golf course.
Free parking anywhere in the parking lot. Head South on River road and it will take you right into downtown where you will find all the good eats, and attractions.

This privately managed condo is located within Chula Vista Resort; however, reservations made through us do not include water park passes. At this time, Chula Vista Resort is not offering day passes to non-resort guests, so waterpark access cannot be purchased separately during your stay.
Additionally, please keep in mind that outdoor pools and outdoor waterpark attractions in Wisconsin Dells are seasonal, typically operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather and resort operating schedules.
Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Please include your pet(s) in the reservation and ensure they are well-behaved during your stay. Additional house rules for pets may apply.
