Property is located 3 min from public access to Ausable River, 10 min to Higgins Lake, 20 min to Houghton lake, 15 min to Forest Dunes Golf Club, 15 min to Hanson Hills Skiing Park, lots of trails for hiking, snowmobile, and atv's. This is a great place to spend time away from the city year round.

In the summer time you can enjoy the Ausable river, Higgins lake or Houghton lake. In the winter you can enjoy ice fishing in those same lakes.
