Our Tern is beautifully decorated, offers a large screened porch with gas grill and sitting for six-plus people. The full-size laundry room and large washer/dryer make it a snap to return home without laundry to do. The well equipped and organized kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom is located on the first floor along with a master bath. In addition to the master bedroom on the first floor, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath is also located on the main living floor. The home offers three Roku T.V.s (master bedroom and two guest bedrooms) along with Spectrum cable and a large screen t.v. in the living room. As a bonus, your four-legged family member is also welcomed! The small fenced backyard is an excellent companion to the home's pet-friendly status. The home is located minutes away from the grocery store and shops at Maritime Way. Our Tern is a quiet, comfortable getaway cottage. Sleeps 8 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2T). 3 full baths.
