This place is a 25-minute drive to the best white sand beaches and Ali'i Drive. It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood. A few grocery stores, restaurants, and two delicious coffee shops are within a 5-minute drive from this 2 Bedroom.
We recommend renting a car to explore the entire beautiful and breathtaking Big Island. There are also other common transportation options such as Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

- OPERATOR ON SITE: We are looking for a tenant who agrees to be the "Operator on Site" and will place trash bins outside and inside the driveway every Wednesday for trash pick-up service.
- ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area.
- PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will notify you in advance because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services is very common on all the islands. Mahalo
