Perfect location between Woodstock and Bearsville. Charming 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. Additional twin bed is located in the living room area. The guest quarters is in a stand-alone building entirely your own. Very quiet and private, completely separate from the owner's home and has its own private driveway.
Luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a twin size bed in the living room.
Less than a mile to the center of town and walking to distance to Sunfrost market/juice bar.
Cottage has a fully furnished kitchen; with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker (keurig + coffee pods), pots, pans. You will have everything you need to cook at home during your stay.
Charcoal grill is available for use on the back deck if desired
The space is extremely private and quiet. The cottage has a lovely area to sit and relax amongst the peace & quiet of the Catskill mountains. Tons of wildlife to admire any time of year.
Whether your visit to Woodstock is to enjoy nature or to just take a break for a moment, you really cannot beat the location of this property. Go straight up Ricks Rd which is directly across the street and you will find a lovely spa (Glo). If you want to go hiking and be one with nature head over to overlook mountain where you can also visit the Buddhist monastery. If you want to sightsee and have a tasty meal take a ride up to Phoenicia for brunch.
