Excellent location for Lumen Field, T-Mobile Stadium, WA Convention Center, and Climate Pledge Arena. 7 minutes to downtown Seattle and 3 minutes to I-90 (Bellevue) entrance.
DETAILS: Keyless entry. Comfortable and clean Queen size bed. Tri-fold floor mattress available by request. Private full bath equipped with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hairdryer. Shower has good pressure and gets hot. Modest kitchenette includes mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and PUR water filter. Plates, bowels, coffee mugs (including organic coffee, cream, and sugar), water glasses, cutlery, and utensils are also provided. IMPORTANT: Kitchenette is semi-private. There is a ceiling-to-floor curtain that divides the guest's kitchenette from our laundry room. Please explicitly mention this when making your booking request so we know that you agree to this arrangement. Dedicated workstation has reliable WiFi. Walk in closet is big and has built in drawers, shelves, and garment rack. Six minute walk to Judkin's Park light rail station and/or free parking in our driveway.
Excellent location for folks: visiting for games at stadiums or in town for work. Travel Nurses, we are less than 1.6 miles from all downtown Seattle hospitals.
Sound: our backyard is adjacent to I-90 walking trail. You will hear low, but constant, freeway traffic. The rental is on the first floor of our family home. We make every effort to be mindful of sound, but you will hear us quietly moving around. We love our neighbors! And, they are in a famous-ish punk rock band. They practice during daytime hours, and (from our experience) are not distractingly loud. Google "The Guardian" and search for the article on the Arka Kinari if you're interested.
