This desert oasis is the perfect place to get some R+R during your Scottsdale vacation. If you need to do some work, the in-home office is right there, but for the most part this house is all play. Head to the cushy living room, where you can lounge and watch tv while sipping drinks from the wet bar, the game room, for a lively round of pool, or even outside for a game of ping-pong. For those that don’t want to skip their workout, there’s an outdoor basketball hoop and in-home gym. Anyone looking for a little bit of privacy will even be able to enjoy the back house, complete with its own kitchen and game of shuffleboard. At night, cook up some food on the built-in grill, and then eat it al fresco under the stars before taking a midnight dip in the pool and spa. Cheers!

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
