The window above the sliding doors in the great room is free of window coverings, so the sofa bed receives some natural morning light.Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm -7 am - no outdoor activities after 10 pm. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
