Summary:
Fantastic beach home on Middle Gulf Drive with heated and caged pool, less than 500 feet to the beach. An enormous family room with vaulted ceilings, chef's kitchen, three patio decks, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms will provide guests with plenty of space to unwind within a comfortable, roomy, floor plan! Best of all, this property boasts brand new renovations throughout including a completely remodeled exterior.
The Space:
This property is divided across three bedrooms and four bathrooms configured as follows-
Master Bedroom- King bed and en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a walk in shower. Master features a den that also houses a queen sized Murphy bed that can be used for overflow occupancy. This den lies between the master bedroom and upstairs patio.
Second Bedroom- Double bed and twin bed. Features a bathroom (not true en-suite but does have a pocket door entrance within the bedroom) with single vanity and walk in shower.
Third Bedroom- King bed. Features bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Loft- Features a queen sized Murphy bed and desk. Also has en-suite access to the deck overlooking the beach side of the home and separate 4th bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower.
As a bonus, guests will be provided access to the recreation room and 5th bathroom located pool side. The recreation room (not pictured) includes a couch and TV and is air conditioned.
***Small or medium sized dogs may be considered on a reservation by reservation basis. Please do not book this home without first requesting that your pet be approved. Your reservation request will be declined if you do so.***
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property, with the exception of the garage area which is locked off an used for owner storage. There is a ground level air conditioned poolside recreation room and bathroom area that is not pictured here that guests will also have access to. There is a couch and TV in the pool rec room. There is also an above ground spa that guests may be provided access to upon request and approval. It will need to be filled and usage is not guaranteed, so if this is a must please inquire with us prior to booking to confirm availability. There may be a small surcharge for starting the spa and weekly service throughout the guest's stay if the spa usage is approved.
The guest will have multiple beach accesses available to them during their stay that they may use at their discretion. The closest and preferred access is one located adjacent to 1715 Middle Gulf Drive just about 500 feet West of this property. There is also another access to the East located at Fulgur St. Once Sundial opens its door in August of 2024 it is expected that guests will be permitted to walk directly across the street and through Sundial to access the beach.

This home is located in the highly desirable Middle Gulf area of Sanibel, close to restaurants, shopping, causeway, and most importantly the beach!
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental golf cart for guests to get around the island. This home is extremely central.
