The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are 7 beds available for guests. You will also have a full kitchen, dining room, game room, laundry room and outdoor seating area by the pool and hot tub.
You will have plenty of parking for everyone. You will have a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.
Note: We offer a selection of bikes and beach gear rentals—including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, cornhole and umbrellas—to make your stay even more enjoyable. Please inquire about available items and rental costs prior to check-in.
Cute quiet neighbor across the road from the beach! Its just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the beautiful St Augustine Beaches!
There is one bedroom (bedroom #1) downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. There is a locked door downstairs between the house and the outside pool area for safety. The pool is heated. We provide beach towels however we do not have beach toys or chairs available.
Please note: The pool heater and spa run on a schedule. The pool heater will be set to heat for the majority of the day and the spa will turn on to heat at 7 pm until midnight. Adjustments to the schedule can be made for different preferences.
Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren`t sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they`re most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.

One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
