Built on an old Christmas tree farm, our 25 acres has plenty of space to welcome you. Just one mile from Jackson County State ATV/Snowmobile trails with access via ATV road routes. Minutes from downtown Black River Falls, Lake Wazee Rec Park and Castle Mound.
The well-equipped cabin has 2 bedrooms on the main floor each with a queen bed. Main floor also has a full kitchen, bath, living room with full-size pullout and a screened-in porch. The upstairs loft has a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. The lower level has an additional bedroom with a full-size bed. The full bath on the lower level also has a washer and dryer.
The attached 2 car garage can store vehicles and also has access to lower level.

ATV Trails:
ATV's can enter trails directly (no trailer needed) to the Jackson Co. trails which are a mile away via either Dodge Road (west) and Oak Ridge Road (north). Further down Dodge Road to Robinson Creek takes you to see cliffs and rushing waters. You can also kayak/canoe the creek or venture to the Black River for another option.
Black River Falls:
We are about 10 mins from downtown where you will find several restaurants and stores. Sand Creek Brewery has tours and a tasting room. More options range from Mexican to Culvers to a retro ice cream stand.
