The first floor includes an open layout well stocked chef’s kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and full bathroom. The basement is partially finished with an extra-large front load washer and dryer, 5-person infrared sauna and gym equipment with TV.
Outdoor areas include a heated pool & hot tub (available May - Oct), screened-in porch, Traeger grill, gas fireplace table, gas and electric heaters, and a wood fire pit that will allow you to fully enjoy the KY weather.
With 3 bedrooms upstairs (including one that is easily converted to an office with a treadmill desk), there are plenty of places to sleep and get away. Each bedroom has very comfortable mattresses and custom closets, including a walk-in master closet. I have 2 queen air mattresses on hand for additional sleeping in the partially finished basement.
