Set over three floors, this light and spacious property is perfect for family groups to enjoy time together in this popular and lively seaside resort. Entry is via internal stairs that take you up to the spacious L-shaped sitting room, with large picture windows that open onto a balcony. With stunning panoramic views over the marina, guests can relax and drink in the view, from where you will see brightly coloured boats bobbing up and down in the harbour. In late afternoon the sun shines across the water and there are superb sunsets to enjoy; just imagine sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine on a balmy summer's evening. With comfortable seating and a large dining area in the sitting room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen is to the rear and opens onto a steep shared terraced garden, with steps that lead up to a seating area and shed, again glorious views for the more energetic! The four pleasant bedrooms are set over the top two floors, one with an en-suite shower room, whilst the family bathroom is on the first floor and an additional shower room on 3rd floor. The property benefits from private parking in the garage below, a rare find in Whitby, and there's free parking directly opposite the apartment. Although in the heart of Whitby, the apartment is on the quieter side of the harbour, but a few minutes' walk brings you into the hustle and bustle of this charming town.
