Close to Wells, with its famous cathedral and shopping area and Burnham-on-Sea with its golden sandy beaches and seaside shops and restaurants, with Cheddar and its famous Gorge to the North.

From here there is a separate utility room with washing machine, a perfect place to store muddy boots and hang coats. This leads on to the shower room with shower and WC.
Venturing outside from the main door in the kitchen/diner you will find yourself on the small balcony with outside seating and views over the courtyard, orchard and surrounding countryside and further shared lawn areas with seating. It is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. There is always a secluded spot to enjoy some alfresco dining being set in a couple of acres with a mature orchard leading down to a stream, which you are very welcome to use and explore.
