The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed or two double beds and bathroom with a shower only. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, cable TV, PlayStation 3, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen with rice steamer and washer/dryer.

Grand Waikikian by Hilton Grand Vacations Club is a high-rise structure located in the heart of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa complex. Grand Waikikian is located near Waikiki Beach but is not an oceanfront building.
Self-parking fee is $68 per day/car plus taxes and valet parking fee is $79 day/car plus taxes. Fees are subject to change.

Please note: The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort (~$10-$30/night). A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
