Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. The lanai door facing the ocean will be locked so you cannot access it during the work. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
Please note that we are in the center of Waikiki where noise can be an issue from bars, restaurants and general urban traffic.
